User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how people can request deletion of data connected to ContentRocket through Facebook or Meta services.

Request deletion by email

To request deletion of your ContentRocket user data, email support@brixxs.com with the subject line “ContentRocket data deletion request”. Please send the request from the email address connected to your ContentRocket account and include your name and company name if applicable.

Remove ContentRocket from Facebook

You can also remove the ContentRocket app connection in your Facebook account by opening Settings & Privacy, choosing Settings, going to Apps and Websites, selecting ContentRocket and clicking Remove.

What happens next

After receiving your request, Brixxs B.V. will review and process the deletion request according to applicable privacy laws. Some records may be retained only where required for legal, security or accounting reasons.
