These terms govern your use of the ContentRocket website, apps and services. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information.

Services

ContentRocket provides managed content, AI video, SEO, publishing and workflow services. Output, timing and scope depend on the selected package and agreed briefing.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. One-off AI video sketches are billed per agreed video.

Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication or advertising use. We include revision rounds where agreed in the package.

Availability

We aim to keep the website, apps and services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, change or suspend features when needed.

Communications and contact preferences

When you submit a contact request, Brixxs B.V. may respond by email or telephone to handle that request. Marketing messages by email or WhatsApp are sent only when you have actively opted in. You can withdraw that permission at any time by replying, emailing info@brixxs.com or sending STOP in WhatsApp. Withdrawal does not prevent service messages that are necessary to handle your request or perform an agreement.
